Recreation and Physical Activity Project Micro Grant

Submissions are invited for project grants focused on “Play” in the spirit of the upcoming 2017 International Play Association (IPA) Conference, September 12-16, 2017, in Calgary. RPAD wants to help Albertans, and Albertan children specifically, celebrate active play and recreation in their schools and communities. Grants are available up to $10,000 in a competitive assessment process to be adjudicated by an expert panel and facilitated by the Recreation and Physical Activity Division (RPAD).

RPAD will recruit an expert panel that will recommend the best projects, based on the given criteria, allowed under the program budget and RPAD staff will directly inform applicants of the results.
